Material, including but not limited to flash simulation files, may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial home use. Any unauthorised use of any material from this site without prior written consent of the Ride Sims team, is prohibited. Failure to comply with this may result in legal and/or civil action.
Ride Host

We can not be held responsible for any creations posted on Ride Host. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any description, screenshots or other information displayed on any creation page. You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use Ride Host to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you.
Towers Nerd Community
The following terms relate to the use of the Towers Nerd community located at http://towersnerd.com/community/:
